How are rates calculated?
Daily rates are based on a 24 hour rental day starting with the hour you pick up the vehicle. Weekly Rates are 7 days Monthly Rates are 30 Days

What does base rate mean?
Base rate is the total cost of rental not including the taxes, fees, surcharges, mandatory coverages, mileage (if applicable) and optional items (child seats, navigational systems, additional driver, coverages, etc.).

What are the age requirements for renting?
Drivers must be 25 yrs of age and hold a valid UAE drivers license for a minimum of one year to rent. If a renter wishes to add an additional driver to the rental agreement, the second driver must be 25 or older.

We require the following documents, Valid UAE drivers licence at least one year old if the renter has a residence Visa, Renters with visit Visa must provide an International Driving permit. We require a passport copy with Visa Page We also require a valid credit card from which we will block 1500 AED as a security deposit

Can I rent a car for self-drive with an international drivers license?
Yes, You can use International licence provided that you are on a visit visa

What is the insurance excess ?
If an accident is not your fault, i.e the police provide you with a Police report which states that the accident is not your fault and that there is a thirda party involved. Then there is no excess amount payable. If The police indicate that the accident was in fact your fault, we will charge an insurance excess of a maximum of 1500 AED. typically if the vehicle only suffers minor damage we will place the vehicle in our nominated garage and you will pay the rental for the period the vehicle is in the garage and the cost of repair.

How do you charge for Salik?
Salik is the RTA road Toll and is charged at 4 AED each time the vehicle passes through the toll gate. At the point of rental we will ask you for a deposit from which any salik tolls will be deducted, any unused balance will be returned when the vehicle is returned, and since we are using you funds there will be no additional charges, so you will pay 4 AED. If you do not pay a Salik deposit at the point of rental and we are required to use our funds to fund your salik trips, then we will charge an additional 1AED fee each time you pass through the salik toll gates. We prefer our customers leave a small deposit, our business is about ensuring we are able to offer the best rates to our customers incurring additional costs employing someone to manage and pay for customers salik usage inevitably increases our overheads
